Yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat—at its core, it is a sacred journey toward the union of body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from the wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Eight Limbs of Yoga offer an inspiring blueprint for mindful, harmonious living. Physical postures (Asanas) are actually just one single branch of this timeless eight-fold path!
Come explore the vibrant roots of Yoga Philosophy and Practice with our community on Sunday, December 13th in the downstairs Living Room. Together, we will discover these foundational teachings and move through gentle, beginner-friendly postures, including both chair-seated and standing.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe, stretch, and move freely. We look forward to gathering with you!

Through the leadership of Joyful Gathering’s inspired practitioner, Dana Smith, RScP, Midweek Enlightenment is a wonderful opportunity to connect that does not require a weekly commitment. This program includes a Living the Science of Mind discussion that will take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month facilitated by Rev. Rita Biancosino. There is no charge to participate and all are welcome to join at any time.

Inspired by Lynne McTaggart’s The Power of Eight, this heart-centered practice brings small groups together to focus the Creative Power of Thought toward healing, transformation, and the highest good. Rooted in the understanding that we are all One, this powerful experience invites us to explore what becomes possible when we unite our consciousness, align with Divine Intelligence, and direct our intentions with love and purpose.
