Everything (all matter, energy, all existence) is vibrational, as is sound. As such it creates form, atoms, aspects of our consciousness, and the health and functioning of all of our cells and organs. It is a sophisticated tool for healing our bodies, our minds, and our Spirit.
In this workshop:
Enjoy a profound sound bath meditation with live instruments(flutes, gongs, didgeridoo, keyboards, hand drums, rattles, rain sticks, tinqshas, chimes), an array of Tibetan bowls & crystal singing bowls, and natural sounds (heartbeat, nature sounds, whales).
You are invited to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, if you like. If you prefer, you can enjoy the sound bath sitting in a chair.

REFLEXOLOGY WORKSHOP
DATE: Sunday, July 12th
TIME: 12:30 - 2:00 pm
FACILITATOR: Rev. Rita Biancosino
LOCATION: the CCC living room
COST; $20.00 or love offering donation
Reflexology is an Ancient Chinese Healing Art, over 5000 years old, which helps to keep the body in a healthful balance. When pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the hands, feet, and ears, it can stimulate the body's innate ability to heal itself. This is done by releasing tension in the body, balancing organs and systems to function in harmony with each other by unblocking stagnant energy and increasing the general vitality in the body.
During this experiential workshop, you will:
-Learn a little bit about the history of reflexology.
-Explore the map of the body on the feet and its corresponding body parts.
-Learn the Basic Technique
-Partner up with another for a wonderful experience of relaxation and healing.
Whether you are completely new to reflexology or simply curious to learn more, this workshop offers a wonderful opportunity to relax, reconnect, and experience the power of intentional touch.
